These will be body weight sessions for most people, or if you have some equipment at home I can tailor the session to what you have available.*
I offer personalised training at my home-based well equipped gym in Churton Park. These sessions are designed to help you reach your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.
If you would prefer to train with a partner or friend to save some money or for mutual support and encouragement I can offer that option as well. Training with someone else can provide accountability as well as motivation for those times when you are struggling to make time for your health and fitness.
I offer men’s group fitness sessions at both Khandallah Town Hall (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am) and Churton Park Community Centre (Tuesday at 11am). The sessions at Khandallah Town Hall are aimed at guys who want to push themselves relatively hard and want to improve their strength, conditioning and overall fitness. The Churton Park based sessions are aimed at retired/semi-retired men who want to keep moving, add some mobility and get a good sweat going.
