I offer personalised training sessions at my home-based well equipped gym in Churton Park. I design your training program to help you reach your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible.

If you would prefer to train with a partner or friend for extra support and encouragement I offer that option as well. Training with someone else can provide accountability as well as motivation for those times when you are struggling to make time for your health and fitness.

I run men’s group fitness sessions at both Khandallah Town Hall (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am) and Churton Park Community Centre (Tuesday at 11:15am). The sessions at Khandallah Town Hall are for guys who want to push themselves improve their strength, conditioning and overall fitness. The Churton Park sessions are aimed at retired/semi-retired men who want to keep moving, add some strength and mobility, and get a good sweat going.

I have completed my level one Precision Nutrition Certification also and can offer nutrition habit coaching sessions. These involve sitting down with you and digging deeper into what habits you have around nutrition and how we can make simple adjustments to help you get closer to reaching your goals.

With the Covid lockdown, I began running live streamed workouts with my clients over the Zoom app. I have decided to continue offering this as a solution for people who prefer this way of training. Get in touch for more information if you are keen to train this way. These will be body weight sessions if you don’t have any exercise equipment, or if you have some equipment at home I can tailor the session to what you have available.
