Welcome to DHPT
My aim is to help people reach their health and fitness goals no matter what their starting point is, as I say to most of my clients -start where you are and go from there.
I offer a variety of training options to my clients. My aim is to match the type of training to your health and fitness goals as well as what you enjoy doing – fitness shouldn’t be a chore that is endured! Depending on your goals we may use one, two or even more training methods when we work out, it depends on where you are starting from, where you want to get to, and how you want to get there.
Ways we can train…
Boxing/Mitt Work – A great cardio and endurance workout and loads of fun too.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training – Great workout for burning calories and getting fit.
Strength/Power Training – Good for building lean muscle, getting strong, and improving athletic performance.
